These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payment, pricing, and payment security work when you shop at CraftMello (craftmello.com).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Our store is powered by Shopify Payments, which lets us securely accept:

  • Credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club.
  • Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways that meet PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards.

2. Currency & Pricing

  • Currency: all prices on our website are shown in US Dollars (USD $).
  • No hidden fees: the full amount you pay is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order, including:
    • the product price (minus any discount code applied);
    • shipping fees, as described in our Shipping Policy;
    • sales tax, calculated automatically according to your delivery location.

3. Billing Process

  • Your payment method is charged when you click “Complete order” at checkout.
  • Right after a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt: items, personalization details, taxes, shipping fees, and order number.

4. Payment Security

  • We do not store your full card number or CVV/CVC code on our servers.
  • All sensitive data sent between your browser and the payment gateway is protected with SSL encryption.

5. Billing Questions & Disputes

If you notice an unexpected charge or have a question about your invoice, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly.
